Halo Happy little Squirrel ~ I bought the beautiful 'Touchstone Tarot' deck recently and was puzzled by the inclusion of an extra card which its creator (Kat Black) called 'The Happy Squirrel'. Apparently this mythical card is an in-joke amongst Tarot enthusiasts, after its inclusion in an episode of The Simpsons in the mid-90s.

And the 'meaning' of The Happy Squirrel?

"Lighten up. Do not take yourself, or anything, too seriously. There are no simple answers, life is very complicated and the most important thing is to take joy in the journey."

This delightful little clip actually made my eyes well up when I first saw it! And I was smiling insanely the entire time I was watching it! How special. To see all those different people of various nationalities, denominations, beliefs, etc., from all across the planet doing that funny little dance for some reason really touched me quite profoundly. I thought it was just beautiful. It was like this crazy little dance brought the entire world together for just a moment - We can be YOUnited as a species through FUN!
