Crop Circle Season 2009 is now at its peak. Here are the formations (so far) for August:

Reported August the 2nd at Morgans Hill, near Bishop Cannings, Wiltshire...was this remarkable Square within a Square Formation:

The location of this Crop Formation within this landscaped square is a really wonderful concept. The precision of the design and lay of the crop is indeed awe-inspiring. An impressive and thoughtful statement. The first 'Crop Square' for August is a real beauty.

Featuring the most intricate, swirled center patterns I've ever seen, could this enigmatic formation possibly be a cosmic star-map of either our solar system or galaxy? I pick up a circling protective energy from this design. And check out those tightly woven centers - Incredible!

They probably take the prize for the smallest distinct formations this year but these two grapeshots have a quality that makes them worth looking at. The detail in their swirled centers are quite impressive despite their sizes.

Notice the stunningly intricate, individual lays of each of the three centers. Good to see the weave effect making another appearance. It seems with this formation - they're now just showing off!

Reported August the 10th at Woodborough Hill, near Alton Barnes, Wiltshire...was this spectacular Owl Formation:

First The Phoenix, then The Mayan/Aztec Bird, then onto The Swallow and The Hummingbird...guess hoots landed now?

The Owl represents wisdom and higher education. Because of the owl's keen eyesight it's considered to be a great visionary. It also has superb hearing. As a totem it can reveal clairaudient and clairvoyant abilities. This nocturnal bird is often called "The Keeper of Dark Secrets." The Owl is associated with superstition and magickal powers. Whenever an owl appears or you hear an owl screech in the night it may be that a secret will soon be revealed to you. Also, if a secret is shared with you in confidence, the Owl serves as a reminder to honor that knowledge and keep the secret private.
In ancient Egyptian, Celtic, and Hindu cultures the symbolic meaning of The Owl revolved around guardianship of the underworlds, and a protection of the dead. In this light the Owl was ruler of the night (the dark side) and seer of souls. A misunderstanding of this necessary relationship gave the Owl some negative associations with death. It should be clear that the Owl was honored as the keeper of spirits who had passed from one plane to another. Often myth indicates the Owl accompanying a spirit to the underworld - winging it's newly freed soul from the physical world into the realm of spirit.
Native Americans associated the meaning of Owl with wisdom, foresight, and keeper of sacred knowledge. This may largely be due to the fact that the Owl is a great foreteller of weather conditions. Also its ability to see at night is legend among the Native Americans, and this attribute would be invoked during ceremonies when an oracle of secret knowledge was required. Similarly, West African and Aboriginal Australian cultures viewed the Owl as a messenger of secrets, kin to sorcerers, as well as companions to seers, mystics and medicine people.
During medieval times in western and central Europe it was fabled that owls were actually priestesses (witches) and wizards in disguise. To this day The Owl is considered a witch's familiar (an animal soul-spirit linked to a spiritual person via a unique, communicative bond).

Reported August the 12th at Wayland's Smithy Long Barrow, near Odstone Hill, Oxfordshire...was this particularly beautiful formation featuring what appears to be a dozen delicate fleur-de-lys:

The fleur-de-lis (French pronunciation: [flœʀ də lis]) is a stylized lily (in French, fleur means flower, and lis means lily) or iris that is used as a decorative design or symbol. It may be "at one and the same time, political, dynastic, artistic, emblematic, and symbolic", especially in heraldry. The fleur-de-lis is an enduring symbol of France, most notably as the emblem of the French monarchy. As a religious symbol it may represent the Holy Trinity, or be an iconographic attribute of the archangel Gabriel, notably in representations of the Annunciation. The fleur de lis is also associated with and often used as a symbolic metaphor for the Virgin Mary because it resembles both the iris and the Madonna lily.

Reported August the 29th at Knighton Hill, near Wayland Smithy, Oxfordshire...was this a-MAIZE-ingly unique formation:

This is the largest maize formation to ever appear in England, and is apparently a very overpowering formation to visit as it is easy to lose one's way amongst the many circles. There is a feeling of being enveloped in the maize crop while walking in it. A completely different feeling from visiting formations in wheat, barley and oil seed rape.

This just in!
I have only one thing to say about this Crop Formation : Holy WOW!

Reported August the 8th at Goes, Holland, Netherlands:

This gigantic Butterfly/Man Crop Formation (530 Meters x 450 Meters), the Biggest Crop Circle EVER...appeared in The Netherlands near a town in southern Holland called Goes, on the 8th of August 2009. It is an incredibly large butterfly with Da Vinci's 'Vitruvian Man' in the center, depicting the metamorphosis of the Caterpillar into a Butterfly.

Whether man-made or not...this design is just incredible! You know, I was just thinking not that long ago...how the Crop Circle phenomenon might evolve next year. And I immediately got the impression : Formations that take up the ENTIRE field! So, it really blew me away when this particular formation was sent into my orbit. I was GODsmacked! In a quaint way too, it's a ONEderful message we're sending the real Circle Makers - that this is what we see ourselves evolving into...

I have always been amazed with crop circles and I really enjoyed your collection of pictures and videos.
Whenever I sped time looking at them I feel a bit frustrated not understanding them. It might be a waste since we can not properly translate the message. Perhaps time will come when we will receive the knowledge.

11:11 will mean different things to various people - Red poppies; a minute's silence; honouring those who fought for our freedom; Solara's portal of Enlightenment & Awakening; Digital clock coincidences; A numerological Master Number; An Angel sign, etc etc etc.

Essentially, it's a vibration of Remembrance - of Re-Membering...The ONE...of which we are all a part of (NOT apart from).

Re-Membering may come in many forms: Remembering our intrinsic connection with each other and everything; Remembering our potentials, our talents, our gifts; Remembering our origins, and our aims; Remembering those we love, that we ARE Love, and that All is Love; Remembering that our beloved planet is a living Being - and that WE are Her cells; Remembering that everyONE 'else' is but a mere reflection & extension of our SELF.

Re-Member The ONE - by healing, by unconditionally Loving & Accepting all and everyOne, and by BEING Compassion, Grace and Divinity here on Earth.

Re-Member The Collective Soul - by recognising that 'Earth'...is our 'Heart' (we've intuitively used the same group of letters to create both words - a coincidental anagram? I think not).

"The Remembrance that You are Infinite & Eternal can occur within a single minute of silent grace..."

A great book on this topic is '11:11' by Solara. In it, she describes a series of 'energy-portals' opening up around the world between the years 1991 and 2012 (the 'ending' of The Mayan Calendar - which signifies a major shifting [or vibrational frequency 'upgrade'] within the Collective Consciousness...).

She goes on to explain that (as one of many 'signs') the 'coincidental' noticing of 11:11 on clocks, watches, signs etc...is a 'calling' to those resonant with this particular mass energy shift.

By the way, the actual 11:11 book is quite amazing, as well as her other books, but namely 'EL*AN*RA - The Healing Of Orion'...which really assisted me in opening up to a higher galactic consciousness & a greater expansive awareness.

And here's some additional info you may find interesting ~ Many associate 11:11 with a wake-up code/alarm as they see it on digit clocks and watches. It can also be seen as a key to unlock the subconscious mind - our genetic encoded memories ... that we are spirits having a physical experience - not physical beings embarking on a spiritual experience.

11:11 - or derivatives of these numbers - 111 and 11 - are digits that repeat in time - thus a metaphor for reality as patterns that repeat in time for us to experience. This can refer to the rise and fall of civilizations - our personal experiences and lessons - loops in time - whatever - they are cycles of time that create and recreate following the blueprint.

In 1991 - During the talk show "The Metaphysical Experience" - a woman named Solara was a featured guest. Her topic was Activation of the 11:11 Doorway. It was all about Ascension and the beginning of awareness of the 11:11 code.

Each time You are about to go through another major spiritual awakening - an epiphany of some kind - these numbers will appear in your physical experience to signal the upcoming change. The numbers say, "Pay attention!"

11 represents spiraling twin strands of human DNA moving into higher frequency of consciousness.

11 represents balance.

11+11=22=4=Time. 22 is a Master Number (Numerologically speaking).

Some souls see a Golden Age emerging - as told by the ancient prophets. Gold refers to Alchemy - the alchemical changes that are taking place in our bodies in the evolution of consciousness.

* The Doorway of the 11:11 opened on January 11, 1992 (1987 - The Harmonic Convergence, was merely to 'prepare' for all this...) and it is now scheduled to close on November 11, 2011 (a year and a bit before the ending of The Mayan Calendar. Hmmm, are we all perhaps AHEAD of schedule?)

Halo ONE'in'All,

As always - this is a ONEderfully ingenious phenomenon...giving considerable thought & attention to location, symbolism, geometry, design & lay. Nothing is by accident when it comes to these formations.

I believe that now - especially with the advent of air-travel, we have become capable of looking back down at the planet from the sky, and see, maybe for the first time in our history - the veritable canvas that is our ever-evolving planet. And on this 'canvas', we then see our own reflection (albeit, in a more symbolic way - through sacred geometry and such). As our technology increases and 'complexifies', as we reach higher and higher into the heavens (through faster jets, higher planes etc), we get to pause, reflect and 'look back' at where we came from, where we've been, who we are, and possibly where we're headed.

'As Above...So Below'.

They (Crop Formations) may indeed have been occurring since the dawn of time (as some type of 'release' system) but because we are at a point in our evolution where we can actually view them from above, is...in itself, a highly profound, metaphoric & symbolic statement on where we're at. Instead of wandering around 'inside' the labyrinths and mazes of these designs (which we would've had to do before the invention of air travel) - and which I liken to walking around within the realm of the 2nd or 3rd Dimensions (a kind of 'flat-land'...), we now get to 'transcend' this linear way of perceiving our world and see it from a bird's eye (or God's 'I') point of view!

We have transcended the Sacred Mandala that for centuries we were bound to walk around in. We are now seeing the WHOLE picture - the entire beautiful design... We can now reflect on the simple and intricate grandeur of the 'maze of life' from ABOVE.

The YOUniverse is a mirror...Reflect on that. Yes, sacred geometry is found abSOULutely everywhere : From the Nautilus Shell, to a Sunflower, to a Spiral Galaxy; But now we're at a point in our evolution where sacred geometry has begun popping up in our very own cropfields, themselves, the home of our 'staffs of life' - where much of our food-source comes from. It's no accident that we're beginning to notice them a lot more now.

The more we begin to notice these 'field-mandalas', the more we begin to notice the fine intricacies, sharp curves and spirals inherent within our own souls...the sacred geometry found in our own hearts.

'As Within...So Without'.

And the more we notice them, the more energy we give them (where our focus lies - is what our reality shall be), and hence, the more prolific & intricate they become.

The Crop Circle phenomenon has indeed been happening since before modern-day times. There have been first & second-hand reports of people saying that their grandparents as well as their great-grandparents used to play in various designs in the family fields over the past century.

A Hertfordshire newspaper (woodcut) clipping from 1678 (England) shows a distinct circular imprint being made into a field of crops. Due to the superstitious mindset at the time however, these field designs were inevitably accredited to the work of the devil! (and were thus called, 'Devil Circles') - and the article even shows a demon within the design, hacking away at the crops with a knife... Very cute.
