JOY PANDEMIC CENTER

"Host Of Seraphim" by Lisa Gerrard (Dead Can Dance).

This particularly moving track was featured in the film 'Baraka'. I personally think it's one of the greatest songs ever composed. And I defy anyone not to be touched or healed by its haunting melody & sheer scope. I weep every time I watch this...

Mystical, meditative & profound. Utterly glorious.

Along with Lisa Gerrard, Azam Ali, Axiom Of Choice, Deva Premal & Sheila Chandra...I also love & have the utmost respect for Loreena McKennitt. Usually harbouring more of a Celtic sound, I particularly adore it when she flirts with a Middle Eastern vibe, as heard on the astounding 1997 album, "The Book Of Secrets".
