Message 1 It is your birthright to awaken
We have an open frequency to you. It is always, has been, will be. You decide the volume, the connection, the awareness. We have been like soft music in your background. There are times it catches your attention and times it is just there. When you vibrate joy, gratitude, love, and compassion, our contact - our presence - can stream with you into all your projects, activities, views. Fear, worry, judgments close the flow.
We invite you to make a practice of allowing yourself to still your activity and be quiet for a few minutes several times a day. As you practice and use this simple tool, it will become easier and quicker to reach your state of balance. This allows your body-mind-emotions-spirit to realign
We encourage you and others to listen to the guidance within... to make time for stillness and be receptive to what is being offered. It is your birthright to awaken. This is the lifetime to honor your total magnificent, multidimensional Self.

Yes, beautiful Netty ! It's worth trying. and what you said in your comment is very wise and so true ! You've got more than the idea of it already :)..... I've done that for years now and when i see the rush, by stilling myself to not run run run, I can actually see and be conscious of what is 'there' for me, many opportunities that i would miss if i was running and magically, all my day starts being harmonious and the problems solved and sometimes I even laugh at myself because i realise that only 'few minutes of alignement' makes miracles and shows me some jewels that i was not even aware of..... Please do share any experience of stillness that would happen to you. You'll see, it's powerful.

If you are in a hurry all days long, it is so difficult to have such breakes for yourself, but we should try.
It is worth practising. At that time you listen to only your thoughts, you can put your current- this day's problems in another order, change their "weight".The few minutes can help you to understand what is really the most important, to realize what isn't so essential but you have just worried about it.
