Just my intake here : when we choose to be alone, we take time to be with our own self, without external distractions. We communicate with our own source and find clarity there. Then we can love others for who they are, love from our own source, and not from responding to needs for love from others. Each one can find love within themselves, being their own source. :)

Thanks for your comment Netfino. I can understand the paradox of this quote in the sense that humanity was trained in an egoistic manner for eons of time, forgetting who they truly are.

Very interesting statement.

I  find it paradoxical - it is very difficult to understanding, but may it is  GREAT TRUE, which I can't  realize in this moment yet...
